‘Dine Under Rubens’ at Banqueting House

Considered one of London’s leading event caterers, Urban Caprice was thrilled to be added to the list at the Historic Royal Palaces’ Banqueting House.  Urban Caprice partnered with a team of preferred suppliers to re-launch this spectacular venue in style. A creative and inspiring 4 course dinner was served to the 90 guests seated under the Rubens.  The amuse bouche both surprised and delighted guests; a mussel marinated in coconut, chilli and lime was presented in an edible squid ink shell.  Use of seasonal ingredients was in evidence throughout with a simple starter championing English asparagus, followed by a signature sea bass and seared cauliflower main course. Traditional favourite pairing English rhubarb and custard was given a modern and contemporary twist and proved the perfect dessert to round off a wonderful dinner.
