A Night at the Museum

This was our debut event at the British Museum. Only a mere 900 guests on which to cut our teeth at this impressive venue. Weeks of meticulous planning internally with our entire management team saw us pull off a seamless evening of drinks and food service for our City based client.

Guests arrived to a striking red and gold facade and red carpet entrance and entered into the Great Court where our waiters stood smartly dressed with drinks in hand. It was hugely imnportant to our client that their guests had a unique experience and went on a journey throughout the vast space on offer the British Museum. In the Great Court we represented the cuisines of the Middle East, Asia, Italy and the USA. For something sweet, we created a walk in French patisserie where everything was displayed in vintage French armoires. These food courts were cleverly highlighted to guests through the use of projections on the museum’s walls. We had craft beers on tap in our quintessentially British pub along with traditional pub snacks, premium whisky tastings in the Enlightenment Gallery and a botanical gin experience in the Egyptian Gallery.

As well as the food stations, we offered canap├ęs and bowl food throughout. The greatest compliment we receive is when our clients tell us the food is just as they remember in the tasting, and sometimes they tell us, even better. We pride ourselves on our ability to scale up to large numbers without compromising on our quality.
