One Mayfair was the stunning backdrop for this incredible September wedding. Appointed by One Weddings, we created a bespoke menu for the bride and groom and the 280 guests they shared their special day with.

An elegant ceremony was followed by a romantic candlelit dinner in this India meets Italy wedding.

The menu was heavily influenced by the couple’s favourite Italian ingredients. Marinated artichoke hearts, burrata and seared tuna was followed by truffled corn-fed chicken with wild mushrooms and a tarragon emulsion. An assiette de desserts included our divine chocolate orange delice, Limoncello half macarons, Amaretto, peach and chocolate truffles and a modern take on a classic Tiramisu.

The waiters were dressed elegantly in charcoal grey waistcoats and the waitresses looked glamorous in their steel grey off the shoulder dresses.

There was no holding off on the florals by Chantal Flores who incorporated gilded birdcages into the table centre designs along with beautiful dark red roses.
